1) Question:

How to distinguish fake and genuine "KSIP" gold potassium cyanide and silver potassium cyanide?

Answer:

In China, the fake "KSIP" gold potassium cyanide and silver potassium cyanide have been found which cost customers many losses. It is difficult to distinguish the counterfeits since their packings are similar or even identical to the genuine one. Here below are some precautions for your reference:

  •

All of the genuine are imported from Switzerland. They are closely sealed by aluminum covers with KSIP logo. But the fakes are made in China either by taking out the real powders with syringes and replaced by worthless substances or selling in the name of KSIP with inferior quality materials.

  •

The genuine labels are printed well. But some of the labels of the counterfeits are printed " 大 陆 制 造" (i.e. "Made in China" ) or indicated our Head office address in China instead of Hong Kong. Some are even printed in black color for our logo "KSIP" and toxic label with skeleton. For your reference, please refer to the undermentioned labels which indicate the difference between the genuine and fake in details.

Cheating is common in the market. In order to protect your interest, we recommend the best way is to purchase directly from KSIP or our authorized distributors.

2) Question:

Is any packing of IMC (the International Metals & Chemicals Group) phosphorus copper and oxygen free copper made of coniferous wood?

Answer:

Pallets of phosphorus copper and oxygen free copper are not made of coniferous wood (pine). The American pallet manufacturer can certify this as mentioned clearly in its letter. We can also issue "Non-coniferous Wood Certificate" for customer's customs clearance in China as well.
